• Free Shipping within Ontario, Canada: We offer free shipping on all orders within Ontario, Canada that exceed $100 CAD (excluding taxes and discounts). This free shipping option will be automatically available during the checkout process if your order meets the criteria. Please note that this offer is limited to Ontario only.

• Calculated Shipping Rates: For orders outside Ontario, Canada or for orders within Ontario that do not meet the minimum threshold of $100 CAD, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

• Shipping Methods and Carriers: We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process, and you can choose the one that suits your needs. The estimated delivery timeframes will also be provided based on the selected shipping method.

• Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we strive to process it as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
